Return Slips

Please note that we are getting an increasing demand for our outings and in some cases we have to limit the numbers to meet the requirements of owners who are so kind as to give us access to properties which are not normally open to visitors. It is essential that members who are allocated places, but who find they cannot come on the outing tell us, so that another member on the waiting list, who may be anxious for a place, can be accommodated. On these occasions it is embarrassing if people just turn up or bring non members or personal guests. I have to state on occasion that our members are known to me and may have to supply a list.
