The Pevsner Architectural Guide to Lothian with Professor Aonghus MacKechnie

This book event is being promoted by the Lamp of Lothian and is on Thursday 11 April at 7.30pm – it is free of charge

This is the first revision of Colin McWilliam’s pioneer volume in the Buildings of Scotland series, fully resurveyed and based on extensive new research.

Professor Aonghus MacKechnie, who revised the entry on Haddington, is a former government adviser with Historic Environment Scotland.

Aonghus will talk about the book, and take questions from the audience. There will be an opportunity to buy a copy of the book and have it signed after the talk.

If you would like to join us, please register at admin@lampoflothian.org.uk

The event is sponsored by The Lamp of Lothian, in association with Kesley’s Bookshop.

All welcome (admission free!)
