The ELFANS Annual Dinner and AGM shall take place in April and May

Annual Dinner 2023

For the first time since the pandemic, the Society is planning an Annual Dinner. The dinner has been scheduled for the Maitlandfield House Hotel, Haddington, on Friday 21 April 2023 at 7 for 7.30 pm. The speaker is to be Mr Michael Williams, former Lord Lieutenant of East Lothian.

AGM 2023

The Annual General Meeting has been scheduled for Saturday 27 May 2023 at 2.30 pm. The meeting is to be held at Spott Village Hall, with the opportunity to visit Spott Parish Church. Following the AGM, the speaker is to be Dr D J Johnston-Smith of Scotland’s Churches Trust (SCT).  Dr Johnston-Smith is going to talk about the SCT’s project for recording the building and contents of churches which are earmarked for closure.
